 1. Standard Delivery Timelines

 Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

 Delivery is usually completed within 5–7 working days across most parts of India.

 We Are Also offer international shipping.

 All deliveries are handled by trusted courier partners.

 Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, lockdowns, strikes, or logistical delays.

 

2. Shipping Charges

 Standard Delivery: Free across India on all prepaid orders. 

All prices displayed on kizzutoys.in are inclusive of applicable taxes.

 

3. Delivery Process & Tracking

 Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details, including a landmark or alternate contact if needed.

 KizzuToys will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS containing your courier name and tracking number.

 You can also track your order anytime in the “My Orders” section on kizzutoys.in.

 Couriers generally make up to three delivery attempts.

 

4. Damaged or Tampered Packages

 If your order arrives in a damaged, tampered, or unsealed condition:

 Do not accept the package from the delivery person.

 Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

 While Kizzu Toys strives for on-time deliveries, certain factors may cause delays, such as:

Government restrictions, strikes, or lockdowns

 Unforeseen courier network issues

 High order volume during peak seasons or sales

 In such cases, our team will make reasonable efforts to inform you via your registered email or mobile number.

Kizzu Toys is not liable for indirect, consequential, or emotional losses arising from delivery delays beyond our control.

 

6. Returns & Exchanges

 Returns and exchanges are handled via authorized reverse logistics partners.

 Customers can request a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery, subject to eligibility.
